The Cottage

The cottage adjoins the limed mellow farmhouse; it has the feel of a traditional cottage and has some stunning views across the valley and woods.

The front door leads into a spacious living room with a polished wooden floor and an inglenook fireplace with a warming wood burning stove. There is a comfy sofa (sofabed) and matching chair, TV with video and DVD, stereo CD/tape player along with a farmhouse table to seat four. The stylish fully fitted kitchen area has electric hob and oven, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and microwave. Up the stairs is a very pretty light and airy bedroom with a 5ft bed and a 3ft daybed. There is an en-suite bath and shower room.

Outside the cottage is a private raised deck area — the perfect place to have supper and watch the sun set through the trees. There is also use of a lawned area and in the summer guests are invited to use our heated outdoor swimming pool.
