From M5 (southbound) - it turns into the A38 towards Plymouth. On A38 take the Buckfastleigh turning towards Totnes. On entering Totnes, take the A381 towards Kingsbridge, pass through Harbertonford and Halwell.

Go past the BP petrol station and after about a mile turn left signposted Slapton and East Allington. Go along this road, take the second turning on right, signed East Allington. At the next crossroads, go straight over (not towards East Allington).

After about 2 miles, go through a small hamlet called Coles Cross and take the next right signed Rimpston and Netherton. Go down this road about ¾ mile (past a house called Netherton Barns) and turn left by the tall Scots Pine trees. Netherton Farmhouse is yellow and should be ahead of you.
